Adam Milstein is a power player in the world of real estate industry. Born across the world in Israel Mr. Milstein was a driven and dedicated young man. He joined the Israel Defense Forces and served in the Yom Kippur War. Upon the life changing experience he decided that he wanted to get an education in a college. Adam Milstein attended Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Industrial Management in 1978. During that time he also married his girlfriend Gila and they had a family.
Fast forward a few years the whole family picked up and moved across the world to the United States in 1981. Adam Milstein continued on with his educational pursuits at the University of Southern California. In 1983, two years after arriving, Mr. Milstein earned a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. Fresh out of college Adam became a real estate commercial broker and worked very hard to be successful. This would eventually pay off and he would save up enough money during the few years to start investing real estate himself. He also is a very active philanthropist, especially when it comes to the Jewish/Israeli community. He has founded organizations with his wife for the that community and also participates in many others. One of the organizations that Adam Milstein founded with his wife Gila is the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation. The couple also founded the Sifriyat Pijama B’America. Each organization is about embracing their Israeli roots and celebrating and helping others. With this being said Adam Milstein has made a huge positive impact on the community and real estate industry. He plans to continue expanding as a businessman and helping others in the process.
Adam Milstein currently works as a Managing Partner at Hager Pacific Properties in their San Fernando Valley Office in Southern California. Mr. Milstein’s position requires him to oversee the office’s property management, financing, and disposition. Hager Pacific Properties manages a variety or buildings including commercial properties, industrial properties, and apartment units. They are worth an estimated $2 billion dollars and oversee around 100 properties in the United States.
