Jeremy Goldstein adds that he maintains communication with most of his customers even when not having an ongoing issue. According to Jeremy, one should get aggressive when acquiring new technology when working towards your set goals. He gives an example by stating that you should not wait for your personal computer to break down for you to purchase a new one.

Mr. Goldstein’s counsel to those people aspiring to become effective lawyers like him was that they ought to understand at all times that those things that look like setbacks in your career path end up becoming great opportunities.

He also added that in most instances when he thought he was going through the toughest experiences, in the end, everything turned out just fine.

Before Jeremy established the Jeremy Goldstein and Associates law company; he worked as a partner with New York Law Company. He had also worked previously at Wachtell, Rosen & Katz, Shearman & Sterling LLP and Lipton.

Jeremy played a significant role in some large corporate deals involving acquisitions and mergers, for instance, the procurement of AT&T Corp by SBC Communications, the merger of Bank One Corporation with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and the acquisition of South African Breweries by the Miller Brewing Company.
