Lori Senecal, leading the marketing industry

Lori Senecal is the global Chief Executive Officer of CP+B Agency since 2015. Her role includes managing the global expansion and growth strategy of CP+B. She is also responsible for managing the coordination of the company’s ten international offices. Since Lori joined the company, she has focused on the global development of the agency. To this end, she has created a real modern global advertising agency which is agile, inventive, and collaborative.

Through Lori’s leadership, CP+B is now an international brand that offers consistency and local market innovation. This has resulted from the tremendous changes that she has introduced to the organizational and business culture at CP+B. As a result, of Lori’s impressive leadership capacity, Advertising Age recognized CP+B during the “Creativity Innovators Awards” in 2017. For her role in guiding the agency, Lori was named in 2016 as one of the four “Agency Executives to Watch”. Since two years2015, Lori Senecal has appeared in AdWeeks Power 100 List. As such, she has been recognized as among the influential leaders in tech, media, and marketing. Recently, Fast Company awarded Lord as a modern leader who has revolutionized the marketing business. She was thus included on the 2017’s list of Most Creative People in Business.

Before Lori Senecal joined CP+B, she worked at KBS as the global Chairperson and CEO. During her watch, the company was named as the Best Place to Work in NYC while its employees grew from 250 to 900. In the same organization, she was recognized as among the “Women to Watch” by Advertising Age. She has also worked at McCann Worldgroup as the Global Chief Innovation Officer. Lori Senecal attended the McGill University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Marketing and Finance. She argues that for business leaders to succeed, they must radically collaborate with others especially with exceptional talent. To this end, she notes that business leaders must assemble dominant project teams consisting of individuals with different points of view. She sees this as a big step towards conceiving and executing bold ideas.

Recently, Lori announced that she would be leaving CP+B Agency at the end of the year.
